    – Present

    3 yrs 9 mos

Promoted to Technical Leader after ~1.5 years of cloud engineering, and later took on IT Manager responsibilities. I lead delivery for systems in the HR domain and act as the bridge between business intent and technical implementation.

    Highlights

    • Led 3 teams one after another over ~4 years (one team at a time, not in parallel), growing from 3–4 engineers to teams of 8 across junior, senior and QA engineering.
    • Delivered multiple production solutions that remain in operation: primarily web applications and, over the last year, platform and system-integration work, all on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Firestore/Datastore, CLB/NAT/PSC/VPC networking, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, IAM) with Terraform as Infrastructure as Code.
    • Contributed the infrastructure needed to deploy T3-stack web applications with ease: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Prisma ORM and TypeScript.
    • Shape the product roadmap and run backlog refinement with the Project Manager / Product Owner, set the technical vision and serve as the escalation point for blockers across the team.

Promoted to Software Engineer after graduating with a B.S. in Computer Science (Software Engineering emphasis) and successfully completing my internship project. Helped de-risk how the organization adopted modern application development (MAD) on AWS while building end-to-end solutions.

    Highlights

    • Designed and built serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda in Python, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, AWS Glue, Secrets Manager and IAM) deployed with the Serverless Framework and Terraform.
    • Delivered single-table DynamoDB designs, modelling around access patterns rather than porting relational schemas into NoSQL.
    • Targeted problems such as internal application and system integrations, data-quality tooling, web applications and reusable React components within a design system.
    • Built the team's CI/CD foundation in GitHub Actions: reusable workflows and custom actions that automated SonarQube project creation, configuration and scan analysis, unit-test execution and reporting, and OIDC authentication to AWS with no long-lived credentials.

Owned an enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) program end to end as the sole lead across 1.5 years: discovery, requirements, tool selection, build, testing, deployment, stabilization and operations. The processes and knowledge base are still in production more than 4 years after handoff.

    Highlights

    • Ran a tool evaluation, presented the analysis and long-term value case to the IT Director and organizational leadership, and secured approval to proceed.
    • Migrated 200+ documents out of an unstructured SharePoint repository into a governed knowledge base: bulk migration, classification, deduplication and cleanup against a standardized global article template.
    • Defined the KM process and its roles and responsibilities (article creation, editing, review, publication and retirement) plus an annual review cycle driven by automated ServiceNow notifications and scheduled "action needed" reports.
    • Built two ServiceNow dashboards on Performance Analytics: "My Knowledge" for authors (their own pending actions and content insights) and a Knowledge Manager dashboard (KB health, follow-ups, historical trends).
